I have made permanent changes to my diet in order to correct my health: easy on the sugar, breads, alcohol…heavy on the supplements. This includes giving up vegetarianism after living, promoting and identifying with that lifestyle for over 20 years. I never thought I would eat a cow again; now I embrace it!

Leaving the corporate job I had for over a decade… scary! I didn't do it until I had a series of deaths in my family/friends and had that existential moment: Is this what I want to do with my life? I just took the leap to try something new because it was too frightening to contemplate staying stuck. Still creating my life on an ongoing basis, but realized there wasn't anything wrong with the job but with me doing it with no JOYNESS!
