		<description>Steve, thanks for sharing the interview with Jim, it&#039;s great to hear examples of how others are implementing some of the principles discussed in Rework. As you know, I&#039;m a fan for sure. Lately i&#039;ve been ranting on about the &#039;curator&#039; section of the book as it relates to our report preparation. It&#039;s so easy to lose track of the key points when, as technical folks, we want to include every little detail of the work completed. This can be overly time consuming and often adds no value, but worse yet it can even detract from the value of our deliverables. Anyhow, thanks again for sharing.</description>
